Meet the Maker

Hi, I’m Dannie.

I’m the hands and heart behind Dear Dog by Pressed Theory.

What began as a love for creating meaningful, handmade pieces has grown into something much closer to my heart, a little business rooted in faith, creativity, compassion, and the beautiful bond between animals and the people who love them.

My sewing machine has become more than a place where I create. It’s a place where I slow down, reflect, pray, and find joy in the smallest details.

From choosing beautiful fabrics to carefully stitching each bandanna and matching bow, I believe the love we put into something matters just as much as the finished piece.

Not every stitch is perfect, and not every day is easy. But each creation is made with intention, patience, and gratitude for the opportunity to do something I love.

A Little Faith in Every Stitch

My faith is at the heart of Dear Dog.

I believe God gives each of us unique gifts, not simply for ourselves, but as opportunities to encourage, serve, and bring joy to others.

“And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men.”

— Colossians 3:23 (KJV)

That Scripture reminds me to approach my work with love, integrity, and purpose.

Thoughtfully Handmade, Uniquely Theirs

Every dog has a personality, and I love creating pieces that celebrate what makes each one special.

Through carefully selected fabrics, coordinated colors, personalized embroidery, and matching accessories for pet parents, my hope is to make pieces that become part of your favorite everyday memories.

More Than Handmade

Dear Dog is also growing into a community centered on faith, encouragement, and compassion.

Through our Letter Club and Paws of Hope initiative, I hope to share meaningful stories, bring comfort to others, and help deserving animals find loving homes.

Thank you for supporting handmade craftsmanship, small beginnings, and a dream built with prayer.

Every order, kind word, and shared story means more than you know.

With love,

Dannie ❤️🙏🏽
